Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all quotes and agreements of KHIT Services.
1. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, quotes and agreements, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Quotes
Quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.
3. Execution
Assignments are carried out to the best of ability according to the agreed approach.
4. Payment
Invoices are paid within 14 days, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Intellectual property
Rights to delivered work transfer to the client after full payment.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.
7. Governing law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
